    Connect Salla or Shopify, and turn on the actions the agent may use, such as tracking an order or searching products.

  2. Add your policies

    Add your shipping, return, and exchange policies, and the agent answers from them.

  3. Follow up after the order

    Start a workflow when an order is placed in Salla, and send a WhatsApp template a few days later.

Which store platforms are supported?

You can connect Salla and Shopify. The Shopify integration is in beta and available from Pro. For other systems, use your API or an MCP server.

Can the agent change orders?

It runs only the actions you turn on, and you can require a person’s approval before an action runs.

Can I follow up after each order?

Yes, for Salla stores. A workflow starts when an order is placed, and it can wait, add a tag, or send a WhatsApp template.

Are these tools included in every plan?

Plans differ by features, team members, and usage. After you create your account, you can compare plans and their prices in your workspace, or ask our team.
