The Acceptable Use Policy in Sudeem aims to ensure a safe and reliable digital environment for all users, and to clarify the boundaries that govern the use of AI agents and our services.

1. Prohibited Activities

It is prohibited to use Sudeem or any of the smart agents created via the platform in the following activities:

  • Misleading and Deception: Creating content aimed at impersonating official characters or misleading users about the identity of the speaking entity.
  • Harmful Content: Generating or publishing texts that incite violence, hatred, racial discrimination, or any content that violates public values and morals.
  • Privacy Violation: Using agents to collect sensitive personal data without explicit consent from its owners or for the purpose of electronic harassment.
  • Illegal Activities: Promoting materials or services prohibited under local and international laws.

2. Responsibility for Content and Training

When creating and deploying an AI agent, you have the following responsibilities:

  • You are primarily responsible for the accuracy of the information the agent is trained on.
  • You must ensure that the agent's responses align with your business policy and do not provide unlicensed legal or medical promises.
  • Sudeem reserves the right to review general usage patterns to ensure there are no gross violations of policies.

3. Fair Use Policy

To ensure service quality for all our customers, we apply fair use standards:

  • The number of conversations and operations is determined based on your approved subscription plan.
  • It is prohibited to use software tools (Bots) to stress the platform's infrastructure or attempt to bypass technical restrictions.
  • In case of extreme excessive usage beyond normal limits, we may contact you to adjust your plan or impose temporary restrictions to ensure service stability for everyone.

4. Procedures Followed Upon Violation

We believe in communication before taking action, but in cases of gross violations:

  • We may issue a formal warning to adjust usage behavior or content.
  • We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account or terminate the service permanently without prior notice if the violation threatens site security or violates legal systems.

5. Periodic Amendments

AI technologies evolve rapidly, so we may update this policy periodically to keep pace with new challenges. Your continued use of the platform after the update is considered implicit agreement to the new terms.
