Data Deletion Instructions

At Sudeem, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account or any associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to request data deletion

You can request the deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

  • Through the Dashboard:

    Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and select the "Delete Account" option. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

  • Via Email:

    Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account.

  • Social Media Integrations:

    If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Sudeem, you may also remove the Sudeem app from your Meta Business integrations settings. This will revoke permissions and stop future data access.

What data will be deleted?

When a deletion request is processed, the following information is permanently removed from our active systems:

  • Your personal profile information (name, email, etc.).
  • All training data and documents uploaded to your agents.
  • All chat transcripts and interaction history.
  • Any API keys or integration credentials.

Data Retention Policy

Please note that some data may be retained in our backups for a limited period (typically up to 30 days) for disaster recovery purposes. Additionally, we may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as billing records).
