Customer profiles
Know who you’re talking to before you message them
Each person has one profile with their contact details, conversations, tickets, and your team’s notes, whatever channel they came from.
- Lifecycle stagesSee whether each person is a visitor, a lead, a user, or a customer, and add stages of your own.
- Fields of your ownAdd fields such as order count or favorite category, and filter and choose audiences by them.
- CompaniesLink people to their companies, and group companies with tags and segments.
- No duplicate profilesSudeem suggests profiles that belong to the same person, and you merge them with the option to undo.

Audiences
Choose who receives each message
Build an audience from conditions such as city, lifecycle stage, last visit, or one of your fields, and see how many people you can reach before you send.
- Save it onceUse a saved audience in WhatsApp campaigns and in proactive messages.
- Who will be skippedBefore sending, the preview shows how many people have not agreed to messages or have opted out.

WhatsApp campaigns
Send WhatsApp campaigns, and see who read and replied
Send an approved template to your audience now or at a time you set. Follow each campaign from sending to delivery, reading, and replies.

Templates approved by Meta
Write a template with variables such as the customer’s name, and submit it to Meta for approval from Sudeem.
Consent and opting out
Marketing messages reach only people who agreed to them. A reply such as STOP removes the person from your next campaigns.
Quiet hours
Sending pauses at night by default, and no one receives more than three marketing messages a week.
Automatic pause
A campaign pauses itself when failures rise or when Meta lowers your number’s quality.
Proactive messages
Start the conversation while visitors browse your site
Show a message in the chat widget after time on a page, on scrolling, or before a visitor leaves, on the pages and for the visitors you choose.
- A reply starts a conversationThe visitor replies to the message, and the conversation reaches your inbox.
- A goal you can measureSet a goal such as reaching the order confirmation page, and see how many conversations reached it.

AI
AI writes the first line for each known customer
Turn on the AI opener, and the AI agent writes a first line based on the customer’s name, their stage, and the page they’re on.
- Compared with your textThe message report compares the reply rate of AI openers with your fixed text.
- Lead details in the conversationThe AI agent asks visitors for their name, email, or phone during the chat or in a form, and adds them to your leads.
Surveys
Measure satisfaction after every conversation
Send a CSAT or NPS survey when a conversation closes, or share it as a link. See the score, the comments, and the responses by country and device.
- Your own questionsAdd rating, choice, and text questions, and split them into steps.
- Responses in a fileDownload every response as a CSV file.

Before you begin
Questions before you start
Which channels can campaigns use?
WhatsApp, through your own WhatsApp Business account. Email campaigns are not available yet.
Does Meta need to approve my templates?
Yes. WhatsApp requires approval for campaign templates. You write the template in Sudeem and submit it for review, and Sudeem keeps its status up to date.
How much does a WhatsApp campaign cost?
Meta charges for each message by country. Sudeem shows the estimated cost before you launch a campaign, and this month’s spend on the campaigns page.
Do proactive messages need code on my site?
No extra code. The Sudeem install code that adds the chat widget is enough. To show a message after an event on your site, send the event through the Sudeem SDK.
Are these tools included in every plan?
Plans differ by features, team members, and usage. After you create your account, you can compare plans and their prices in your workspace, or ask our team.
