Can leads go to my CRM?

There is no ready-made CRM integration. Each new lead can be sent to an address in your own system, or you can export leads as a CSV file.

Does the AI agent book appointments?

No. It collects the visitor’s details, and your team follows up with them.

Does Meta need to approve my templates?

Yes. WhatsApp requires approval for campaign templates. You write the template in Sudeem and submit it for review, and Sudeem keeps its status up to date.

Are these tools included in every plan?
