Automation and AI

Workflows and an AI agent that work alongside your team

The AI agent answers customers from your sources and acts in your systems. Workflows take care of the steps after each event, and the AI assistant helps your team reply.

A workflow that starts when a customer gives a low rating: an AI step asks whether the customer reports a problem, then a ticket opens and the team is notified.

AI agent

An AI agent that answers in your customers’ dialect

Choose its name, language, dialect, and tone, and see the chat widget change as you edit.

The AI agent’s settings: its name, Arabic as the language, Modern Standard Arabic as the dialect, and a friendly tone, beside a preview of the chat widget.
  • Answers from your sources

Web pages, your whole site, files, Notion pages, and help center articles. Edited articles reach the agent on their own.

  • Your customers’ dialect

Modern Standard Arabic or one of ten dialects, such as Saudi, Egyptian, and Emirati, in a tone you choose.

  • Handoff to your team

When a customer asks for a person, the agent hands the conversation to your team in the inbox.

  • On every channel

The chat widget on your site, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and email.

Actions

Let the agent get things done in your systems

Connect the agent to your API, Shopify, Salla, or an MCP server, so it can check an order or open a return during the conversation.

  • Approval before it actsMark an action as needing approval, and it runs only after a person approves it.
  • A log of every callEach time the agent runs an action, the request and the result are recorded.
The agent’s actions: track an order, create a return request that requires approval, and check a product’s stock.

Workflows

Automate what happens after each event

Choose the event that starts a workflow and the conditions it must meet, then add steps that run in order.

  • An event starts it

A new or resolved ticket, a closed conversation, a survey response, a change in a lead’s status, or an order from Salla.

  • Steps that do the work

Wait, add a tag, open a ticket, update a customer’s stage, notify your team, or send a WhatsApp template.

  • Test before you turn it on

Try the workflow on one customer and see what each step would do, without sending anything.

  • A record of every run

See who each run started for, which steps finished, and why a run stopped or failed.

AI

Let AI decide whether to continue

Add an AI step with a question in plain words, such as whether a low rating needs follow-up. When the answer is no, the workflow stops.

  • The reason for each decisionEach run records what the AI decided and why, so your team can review it.
  • Information for later stepsAn AI step can also extract information from the event, such as an order number, for the steps after it.
A workflow run where the AI step decided to stop: the rating was about reply speed only, so the ticket and the notification were skipped.

AI assistant

An AI assistant beside every conversation

Your team asks it to summarize the conversation, draft or translate a reply, or suggest next steps, and reviews every reply before sending it.

  • Sorting new ticketsAI suggests a priority and a team for each new ticket, and flags tickets that look alike.
  • Topics and sentimentAI sorts each conversation into the topics you define and labels its sentiment, for your reports.

Usage and access

Know what AI uses, and who can work with it

  • Clear AI credits

The agent’s replies and AI steps use credits from your plan. The team’s assistant, ticket sorting, and summaries use none.

  • Drafts your team approves

When a ticket is resolved, AI drafts a help article and a saved reply from it, and they wait for your team to save them.

  • Your workspace in AI tools

Connect Claude, Cursor, or another MCP client to manage conversations, tickets, and campaigns.

Before you begin

Questions before you start

Which languages does the AI agent speak?

Arabic, in Modern Standard Arabic or one of ten dialects, as well as English, French, and Spanish. It can also reply in the language the customer writes in.

Can workflows branch?

Steps run in order. You set conditions that decide when a workflow starts, and an AI step can stop it when the answer to its question is no.

How is AI usage counted?

The AI agent’s replies to customers and AI steps in workflows use credits from your plan’s monthly balance. The team’s AI assistant uses none.

Can AI tools work in my workspace?

Yes. Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients connect to your workspace after you sign in and approve access, and every call is logged.

Are these tools included in every plan?

Plans differ by features, team members, and usage. After you create your account, you can compare plans and their prices in your workspace, or ask our team.
