Welcome to Sudeem. These terms govern your use of our platform and all products, services, and tools we offer for building and managing AI agents.

1. Definitions and Platform Service

Sudeem provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) infrastructure that allows subscribers to create, train, and deploy AI Agents. The responsibility for configuring the agent and its communication with final customers lies entirely with the subscriber.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Eligibility: You must be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under local laws.
  • Data Accuracy: You commit to providing correct and up-to-date information when creating your account and updating it periodically.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your login data and for all activities that occur through your account.
  • Subscriptions and Payments: Fees are subject to the chosen plan type and are automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

We respect your creativity and protect our technologies:

  • Content Ownership: The subscriber retains ownership of all data and documents submitted for training the agent, as well as all outputs produced by their agent.
  • Platform Ownership: The Sudeem platform and all its code, designs, and trademarks remain our exclusive property.
  • Licensing: You grant us a limited license to use training data for the purpose of operating and improving your agent only.

4. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)

Despite our quest to provide the best technology:

  • Sudeem is not responsible for any inaccurate responses or 'hallucinations' that AI models may produce, as they depend on statistical probabilities.
  • We provide the service 'as is' without guarantees of specific performance or total stability outside the scope of the Service Level Agreement for premium plans.
  • Sudeem assumes no direct or indirect business losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

5. Termination of Service

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings. Sudeem also has the right to suspend the account if a violation of the terms of service, acceptable use policy, or late payment of fees is proven.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, the courts in the city of [Riyadh/Jeddah] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and fully agree to them.
